Welded Wooden Boat trolley 220 size extended with central rollers

The wooden boat trolley was designed to overcome the natural problem that the balance point where the launch trolley wheels need to be is just aft of the mid point of the boat, which means the rear of the boat is not supported. This trolley has a very strong backbone which extend a long way rear of the wheels supporting the rear of the boat. The rear roller is adjustable in height to ensure the weight of the boat can be supported across all of the three keel rollers. The trolley will go along way to eliminate damage that can occur when towing with the rear of the boat being unsupported. The trolley can also be used to store the boat, over a period of time, with a reduced risk of hogging of the hull. As the majority of the weight should be taken by the keel on the keel rollers, the side bars become just balancing bars. This means that there is very little weight being carried by the side planks, which are traditionally very weak and easily damaged. The docking arms are fitted as standard as we feel that is very important to be able to locate the boat centrally first time, and eliminate the potential damage caused by recovering the boat with the boat not central on the trolley. The trolley is designed to go on a road base, and some of the pictures show the launch trolley on a road base.
